My Story

Get to Know Me

Hovick started his Real Estate career in 2013 and grew into Top Producing Agent for 7 years in a row, with over $300 millions in lifetime sales. Hovick brings an extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate, team building, new agent training, and client real estate portfolio development. Hovick is licensed in FL, DC, MD, and VA

In addition to 10 years of Real Estate experience, Hovick has 15 years of business analyst and project management experience in the Information Technology, Banking and Finance sectors, including 11 years serving as the Senior Business Systems Analyst at Fortune 500 bank. where, among many things, he consulted Bank executives on the technical and business aspects of a host of initiatives. Hovick has earned so many expert designations in system development, database and data analysis, programming, web design, e-commerce, and multimedia development that there are too many to list here. However, those designations lend toward his multi-faceted approach to sales, technology, business development and training. Hovick holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management and Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University.

In his spare time Hovick travels to awesome places. When he is not traveling, he is a well known Grill Master and loves cooking for his family and friends. Hovick lives in Boca Raton, FL with his wife, Lina, and their two kids, Nellie who is a Freshman at Virginia Commonwealth University is away in Richmond, VA and David who is 4th grader at St. Joan of Arc Catholic School in Boca Raton, FL.
